Ok...so I have NEVER made banana bread before! I thought I would give it a try. Sometimes when I follow a recipe exactly, it usually doesn't turn out very good. I was on one of my favorite websites and it had a recipe for banana bread! It turned out so yummy :) I made Joe try it first before sending some up to Myra's. I took a loaf up to her and she told me later that Jared asked her, "Mom, who made this banana bread?" Myra said,"Your Aunt Mandy made it!" He thought it was dang good. It made me feel good inside that one of my recipes actually turned out and I'm not that BAD of cook!
you're in excellent cook! don't be so hard on yourself. you just don't have all the time right now to cook more, but you will eventually.
