On a beautiful Spring afternoon the family was all outside playing, riding bikes, or planting our garden and I had this bright idea for Carter's dad to do! I wanted him to take Carter's training wheels off his bike and see how well he did...so Joe did just that. Carter hopped on that bike like nothing flat and took off on his bike with a few whopples. He did so good and mom and dad were so proud of him. I ran to get the cameras for some candid camera shots!
