Connor Update

Well...I thought I would update on how Connor is doing. I really didn't sleep much...knowing that Connor had to sleep with gauze in his mouth and worried he would choke. I got up at 5:00 a.m. to check on him...he wasn't in his room so that made me more worried. I had to go and wake Joe up to find out. He was sound asleep in Kyler's room. He was in some pain so I gave him some tylenol and he went back to sleep. He did pretty good all day. I had to go to Ky's track meet so him and Carter watched movies until I got home. I wrote my cell # down in case he needed to call me. Joe took him to see the doc at 4:30. The doc said that the teeth are looking good and we need to do the gauze until tomorrow and then just take it easy with soft foods for a week. He wants us to come back next Tues where he will take another x-ray of his mouth and make sure none of the teeth are broken. Connor still has some swelling, has a hard time opening his mouth wide and some bruising around his chin mouth area. He will be on amoxicillin for the 10 days and hopefully will recover soon! He is doing great! :)
