strawberry jam
Well, it's official...I can make strawberry jam! Myra got 2 flats of strawberries and Joe and I decided we would attempt to make some. So we did just that and 2 hours later had 29 pints of fresh bottled strawberry jam. It tasted so YUMMY! I am so happy that I can finally bottle something for my food storage. It was actually easier than I thought and had a lot of fun doing it. Now I just need to get making homeade bread to go with it.

Yes, you do need to make homemade bread with it! You do a good job at that too. I got some berries & will be making jam on monday...this is getting me motivated.
