Easter falls on conference weekend this year! It was so enjoyable and a lot of fun. I was wanting to leave out of town for the weekend since the kids had Friday and Monday off, but we just decided to stay home. Saturday afternoon we had a BBQ picnic at the Highland park with the Sears family. The kids played and we just had a wonderful time. Then Myra had the kids come up and hunt for some eggs.
The Easter bunny found us Sunday morning. The kids all enjoyed what he brought them and after the first session of conference had an egg hunt around the house. They got 11 eggs each and a prize candy bar...with $1 on the back. They all had a good time.
I love Easter and the true meaning of Easter...the resurrection of our Savior and all he did for us!
